It's been a while since I took my Jetta to this mechanic. It was a TDI Sportswagen. The prices were great. I had a wheel bearing replaced. The mechanic had/has great knowledge of these German cars. I was happy when I saw the invoice. I will go here in the future for all Vee Dub repairs. And yes...the only fix VW's.

I spoke with Dave who provided me with a level of knowledge and honesty that can’t be found with dealerships or quite frankly any other independent repair shop I’ve dealt with. I ended up declining the repair due to personal timing issues. However, the initial customer service was five stars and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Dave and Sam are absolutely fantastic. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, Dave never makes me feel silly for asking questions. He sets expectations regarding what could be wrong and the cost to repair before doing any work. The work they do is great and the prices are fair. As long as I own a VW and live in Madison, Courtesy Auto is the only place I'll go.
