I can’t say enough good things about Ruiz! I feel like I’m treated like family here and the quality of work is top notch. They’ve went above and beyond for us numerous times and I’m so grateful to have a trustworthy place when I need it.
Man charged $40 more than the lady said, went o leave, side of the car was literally falling off! Had to have them take it back (another 20mins). The steering wheel is now crooked to the left and pulls when I drives this is after work is done. Man said he didn’t drive the car so couldn’t be what he worked on although it wasn’t a problem before and the wheel is leaning toward the side he worked on…
By far the friendliest staff in Madison. Great service and prices!! Their garage is ON POINT!! If you mention my review I get a few bucks off my next used tire ☺️. Thanks guys!
They towed my car immediately, I got stuck on the highway. They found out what was wrong, and explained what happened and why. They let me know the price before I got any work done. Very friendly and professional! I would recommend to anyone. They do not overcharge. Super reasonable prices!
We have been living in Madison for better than 10 years. Was referred to Rubin through relative, he’s been the ONLY car repair that are family and Friends go to. By far Excellent price and Customer Care Service.👍🏽
