Torque Automotive

Sterling and Jeff are top notch. I had called around a few places to have headers installed on my car. Not only did they have the best price, they had the car done sooner than anticipated and done right. What sold me though was when I spoke to both of them they understood exactly what I wanted and gave me that. Didn't try to upsell or uncharge me. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Well absolutely trust them with my vehicles any time.

I called a lot of mechanics for an estimate on the schedule maintenance for my vehicle! We all know keeping up with the schedule maintenance will help your car last longer! I’ve dealt with so many mechanics that were only about the money and making me come back to spend more money! While keeping my car for days or weeks! I was told $800-$2,000 from other shops! When I called Torque Automotive Jeff answered and asked why did I think I needed the service and looked my vehicle up by the vin number and told me yes it was time to do the maintenance. I appreciated him being concern and not just scheduling me an appointment for the money! Jeff sent me the estimate of the parts and labor in a text. …

As a woman it is difficult to find an auto technician that you can trust -look no further! Torque Automotive is reliable, honest ,and operates with integrity. Their service is 2nd to none. Sterling and Jeff are owner/operator with nearly 40 yrs of experience in the automotive industry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I went to the car dealer in Janesville because there was a recall on a part. They gave me a list of things they said should be done totaling $1979.36. Went to Torque Automotive because I have known Sterling for years as the best mechanic anywhere. He thoroughly checked the car and the charge was $340.42. Will never go anywhere else!

Torque Automotive was able to complete my starter replacement in one day. It is nice that since I have a 10+ year old vehicle that I have a place that I can take if if there is an issue I can not complete on my own, and that it will be done in a timely manner and my family won’t be short a car for very long. Thanks guys!
