Smith's Service Center

I recently had Smith’s do some work on my car. I had been a customer of theirs for a decade, then went elsewhere for a couple years. When I came back there, they couldn’t have been nicer, and seemed very glad to have me back. The employees I dealt with were all very pleasant and friendly. They’re very efficient, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I will continue going to Smith’s for my car’s service needs, and I highly recommend them.

Amazing crew and experience. Had a flat and they had me up and running withing a half hour during lunch. The Service and Front Counter fashion has me returning with any future needs. Thanks to Jerry for helping me in my time of need you are amazing at your job sir.

Like you, I went on Google to read some reviews about Smith’s service before deciding to bring my vehicle to them. I found their outstanding reputation to be well-deserved. To a person, I found them to be competent, caring, communicative, and they were also affordable.

Great local family run business located close to the interstate & East Wash. They are very attentive & the prices are competitive. Scott & Eric will be honest with you about repairs & they will not do repairs without approval. Only engine work, no body. Handicap accessible with restrooms available. They will answer all questions & will send you the service inspection report. First time customers get a courtesy inspection & they are very thorough. They offer free rotations if you buy the tires through them. I recommend Smith’s to everyone.

A lifelong friend recommended Smith’s to me last year. He’s been taking his cars there for many years. The place has a cool vibe, it’s very clean - esp for an automotive place, the owner’s dogs hang out with them in their office, and the employees, well, they’re the best! You are treated respectfully, they don’t take advantage of you when you don’t know anything about cars, they explain things thoroughly, and they have very competitive pricing. They have loaner cars. I have a unique situation that they have no problem accommodating, which would’ve been a deal-breaker for me.
