Meineke Car Care Center

Easy to book an appointment, the shop is clean, and the staff is friendly. Really liked how they detailed (via email and message app) the work done and what was recommended (with pictures). Made it easy to approve/decline the work based on the info and pricing. The work was well done, and I'm satisfied with how they took care of me 13-year-old car. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my visit, just didn't give them a 5 star due to a communication issue. I dropped the car off at 8:15 am and the shop closes at 6:00 pm. I didn't hear anything about the car (after I approved the work around 3:10 pm) so around 5:30 pm I call to ask if the car was ready for pick up. It wasn…

I can’t say enough good things about the crew at this Meineke location. I live about 3 hours from Madison and was halfway there when I started noticing a bad rattle in the steering wheel of my car. I called my husband and described it to him & he said it sounded like a wheel bearing, and I should probably not drive it home. That was not what I wanted to hear! My husband called Meineke to see if they could squeeze me in. He spoke to Tiffany who immediately said they would at least be able to inspect it to see if it was safe to drive. She told him to tell me not to worry that they would make sure to get me in ASAP. When I got there, she was at lunch but had filled Troy in on the situation.…

I really like this shop. I have an older vehicle, not at all what most techs are trained on, and they repair it with enthusiasm. My newer vehicle also gets top notch care. The front desk is always cordial and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they do a good job.

I went here for an oil change and they were very nice and helpful. Thought it was a little weird when I didn’t see a person at the front desk but I realized that he was in the shop probably working on another car. I was able to use a coupon for my oil change which was very helpful. It took about 45 minutes which was a little longer than I would’ve liked to wait for an oil change but there was a car in front of me so I understood. He also told me that the filter on my engine needs to be changed soon so I really appreciate that. The guy was very helpful and I will be back.

Excellent service on my Vehicle!! Just as great customer service! My vehicle needs were met very fast and efficiently! On the Meineke website there is a coupon where I was able to get a Full Synthetic Oil change that included a free tire rotation for only $63- where I couldn't get that price anywhere else!! I didn't need a tire rotation at that time right now and the friendly man at the desk explained everything to me after the fact! He explained that I needed my two back tires replaced by winter! They inspected my vehicle and got a clean bill of health for my vehicle! Fast service! I'd recommend scheduling an appointment before service so you can get in and out very quickly l…
