Caliber Collision

My 2019 Chevy Tahoe, was damaged from a car that had backed into it in a parking lot, and had to get the repairs done. After checking many reviews on auto body shop's, the one that stood out was Caliber Auto body. I have never had an accident that needed repairs before, so were a bit nervous about the whole thing. When I met with the Caliber front office, and all of the staff, I was put at ease. They treated me with respect and knew that I was upset about the accident. I had my car fixed at caliber, insurance paid for the fix. I have a car that is less than two years old bought from the dealership. They told me it would take about a week and a half to fix my car it ended up taking a month and a half. Caliber put after market parts on my vehicle and they did not fix a bracket that was broken from someone backing into my car. When I picked up my vehicle everything looked like it was fixed but a few months later my front headlight was not working and I was getting alerts on my car. I took it to the dealership and they told me what caliber collisions had did with the after market parts and not fixing the broken bracket. I was very upset with their service here…

Took my car into Caliber for hail damage, the turn around was great got my car back sooner than expected. The pdr guys did a great job getting the dents out you can’t even tell where the dents were at now! The staff there is all super nice, respectful and professional I would highly recommend this Caliber to anyone that needs any auto body work done!

All the staff at Caliber was very professional and courteous. My vehicle repair was completed early, and the vehicle was spotless when I picked it up. I would definitely trust them again if the need arises. Thank you!
